Certain of our Operators, including MailerLite Limited (incorporated in Ireland) and Vercel Inc. (incorporated in the United States), are located outside the Republic of South Africa. In transferring your personal information to such Operators, we comply with section 72 of POPIA by ensuring that the recipient is subject to a law, binding corporate rules or binding agreement which provides an adequate level of protection that effectively upholds principles for reasonable processing of personal information substantially similar to those in POPIA.

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Where you have joined our waiting list, we will retain your contact information until you request its deletion or until we determine, acting reasonably, that the information is no longer relevant to our service.
